WMS, A US Based Gambling Giant has gained and been awarded with a gambling patent from the “The United States Patent and Trademark Office”. This will allow for WMS to offer various video poker machines and an asymmetrically accessible customization feature as well. The new patent will allow for WMS to offer video poker services to land based casinos and online casinos within the states that offer legal online gambling.
The patent award was filed on the second of November in 2011 by WMS. It was awarded to the betting giant as of December 24th, 2013. A large majority of companies that went for a gambling license of gambling patent years ago are now being awarded with them. This is due to the change that is coming in the USA towards online gambling, more states will continue to legalize which will eventually force the federal government to legalize online gambling as well.
WMS released various documents of the patent claiming that their video poker services will be innovative. The document read, “A video poker system that offer asymmetric customization abilities allows for players to not only receive a completely unique gambling experience but it’ll allow them to make different kinds of wagers that have never been made before. Players will be able to access the game play features offers and make their own modifications to the system. Allowing for their experience to be their experience only.
WMS continued by saying, “All the features are available in all of our games, regardless of what kind of customization you do to your asymmetric system.”
